Fentanyl Test Strips No Longer Paraphernalia Under Wisconsin Law

It is now legal in Wisconsin to test drugs for Fentanyl. This was previously only something that law enforcement agencies were allowed to do, since fentanyl testing strips were considered drug paraphernalia. Now, anyone in the state can access and legally use them. The goal is to reduce the number of drug deaths that result from opioids laced with fentanyl.
